Guest Accessibility

All of us at Enterprise Center look forward to making every visit to Enterprise Center a pleasant and enjoyable one. If you find that you require special assistance during an event, please consult the nearest Enterprise Center Guest Experience Ambassador. For more information about Enterprise Center facilities and services for guests with disabilities or other special needs, please visit the Enterprise Center Guest Service Center or call the Enterprise Center Accessibility Hotline at 314-622-5420.

Accessible Parking

Parking for guests with disabilities is available throughout the surrounding garages and parking lots. The attached Kiel Garage features 24 parking spaces for guests with disabilities. These spaces are located throughout the facility on all levels next to the elevators. Spaces featuring accessibility for oversized vans are available on the first level of the garage. Spaces in the garage are pre-sold on a season ticket basis for St. Louis Blues games and are available on a first-come, first-served basis for other events.

Accessible Seating

Enterprise Center provides areas suitable for people with mobility disabilities who require accessible seating because of their disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). One companion seat is available for each seat reserved for a guest with a disability. These seats are provided in a wide variety of price ranges for all events.

For many Enterprise Center events, a limited number of accessible seating options are available on site for guests who did not previously purchase accessible seating. To inquire about these on site options, please go to the Guest Services Center located across from Portal 19 on the Plaza concourse or ask the nearest Guest Experience team member for assistance.

Alternative Format Materials

There are braille signs outside of restrooms, stairways, and service doors.

Assisted Listening Devices

Assisted listening devices are available from the Guest Services Center located across from Portal 19 on the Plaza concourse. The devices operate on a FM system and pick up the arena audio feed. Please note that the devices do not pick up the radio broadcast for Blues games and may be limited for some shows and concerts due to tour requirements.

Guests wishing to check out a device must leave a driver’s license or credit card and upon the return of the device in the same condition, the collateral will be returned. Devices are handed out on a first come, first served basis and are provided free of charge.

Audio Description Services

Enterprise Center partners with MindsEye to provide audio description for select shows and events for our guests who are visually impaired. Due to limited availability, this service is only available by reserving a spot in advance. For more information about participating events and to reserve a spot, please visit or call 618-394-6444.
