Official Vaccination and Mask Policy from the tour:
For the health and safety of everyone at Harry Styles’ upcoming Love On Tour shows, ticket holders must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test within 48 hours prior to entry, in addition to wearing a mask.

Children under the age of 12 may attend the concert if they provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of the show.

In addition, all venue staff at each show will also be following the same protocols and will need to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test result, as well as wear a mask at all times. Requiring testing, or proof of vaccination, is the best way to protect the health and safety of our crew and fans, and is quickly becoming the new standard for concerts around the US. There will be no exceptions to these policies.

Vaccination Proof Info:
Fans who have been vaccinated will need to provide proof of vaccination (14 days past final vaccination shot) by providing their original vaccination card, a printed copy of the vaccination card or a digital copy (photo of card on your phone). You will need to have a photo ID with you so we can verify the name on the photo of your vaccination card matches your ID. Children who don’t have IDs will need to have a guardian verify identity.

Negative Test Proof Info:
Unvaccinated fans will need to provide proof of a FDA approved COVID-19 PCR, Antigen or Molecular test that is date and time stamped within 48 hours of show date. Tests should come from a health care facility (doctor, lab or pharmacy). At-home test results will not be accepted.

Face Coverings:
Face masks are required for all guests at all times, except when actively eating or drinking. 3-ply cloth or paper masks are acceptable. Gaiters, bandanas and masks with valves are not allowed.

Door Times and Pit Entry:
Enterprise Center doors will open at 6 p.m. Fans with tickets for the Watermelon or Cherry pits may begin lining up at 7 a.m. the day of the show at the 14th St. Entrance. No overnight camping allowed.

Merchandise Trailer:
There will be a merchandise trailer park in front of the T-Mobile entrance of Enterprise Center selling tour merchandise from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday. All purchases must be credit card only.

No-Bag Policy:
In January 2021, Enterprise Center established a no bag policy for all events, which includes clear bags, purses and clutches. Diaper bags and medical bags will be allowed, but subject to x-ray screening upon entry.

Other important reminders:
Enterprise Center is a cash-free facility. A reverse ATM is available in the Atrium entrance if needed. Guests will not be permitted to exit and re-enter Enterprise Center during events. All additional health and safety protocols can be found at enterprisecenter.com/safety.

Harry Styles, originally scheduled for July 21 at Enterprise Center, has been rescheduled for September 15, 2021.

Tickets will automatically be valid for the new date, unless you opt for a refund within 30 days of the new show date being announced (June 10). Should a ticket holder not elect a refund within the 30-day window, the tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. After this 30-day window closes, the tickets are no longer available for refund.
