Enterprise Center Canceled / Postponed Events and Ticketing FAQ Related To COVID-19

The Coronavirus pandemic has had a significant impact on the live events industry. Below you will find a list of canceled, rescheduled and postponed events for Enterprise Center, along with information regarding refund policies, which will vary by show.

5/16 – Rage Against The Machine (rescheduled for 7/9/21; Live Nation Show: 30-day refund window begins 5/1/20)
6/25/20 – 6/28/20- U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Gymnastics (rescheduled for 6/24/21 - 6/27/21; 30-day refund window begins 7/17/20)
7/13 – Justin Bieber (rescheduled for 7/25/21)
7/17 – truTV’s Impractical Jokers (rescheduled for 8/12/21; 30-day refund window begins 6/18/20)
7/21 – Harry Styles (rescheduled for 9/15/21; Live Nation show; 30-day refund window begins 6/10/20)
8/25 – The Weeknd (rescheduled for 8/24/21; Live Nation show; 30-day refund window begins 5/20/20)
11/7 – Luke Combs (rescheduled for 11/6/21)
12/3 – Andrea Bocelli (rescheduled for 10/17/21; 30-day refund window begins 9/15/20)
7/7 - Elton John (rescheduled for 3/30/22)

Postponed Events (New Event Date Still to Be Announced):
3/28 – Billie Eilish (Live Nation show)
4/4 – Pearl Jam (Live Nation show)

How Do I Receive a Refund for Canceled Events?
All tickets for canceled shows purchased through Ticketmaster or at the Enterprise Center Box Office will be available for full refunds inclusive of service charges, where applicable. The cost of expedited shipping and merchandise will not be refunded.

Regarding tickets purchased at the Enterprise Center Box Office, our box office is currently closed and a re-opening date has not been determined. Guests who purchased tickets at the box office for an event that has been canceled, or an event that has been postponed/rescheduled and qualifies for a refund, should hold on to their tickets until the box office re-opens to obtain their refund. For guests unable to wait for their refund, they may print and fill out this form and return it, along with their tickets, by mail to begin the refund process. Ticket holders who purchased tickets through a resale platform or distribution partner will need to seek a refund from such resale platform or distribution partner.

What Is The Refund Policy For Rescheduled Shows?
For Live Nation and AEG shows, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date, unless you opt for a refund within 30 days of the new show date being announced. Should a ticket holder not request a refund within the 30-day window, the tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. After this 30-day window closes, the tickets are no longer available for refund. Regarding tickets purchased at the Enterprise Center Box Office, our box office is currently closed and a re-opening date has not been determined. What Is The Refund Policy For Postponed Shows?
Postponed shows are those that are still in process of bring rescheduled and assigned a new date.

For Live Nation shows, these shows will be made available for refunds when a new date is announced.  If the show is not rescheduled within 60 days from the date is was publicly postponed, the 30-day window for refunds will open at that time. Upon confirmation of a new date or expiration of the 60-day period, the same procedure for rescheduled shows should be followed as outlined above.

How do I know whether a show I have tickets for is promoted by Live Nation or AEG?
Most tickets include the promoter information in the headline of the ticket.  If your ticket does not include this information you may contact the box office by email at [email protected].  

How do I contact Ticketmaster for information regarding my show?
Ticketmaster has set up a Help Center to keep guests updated as to status of cancellation and rescheduling of events.
