Enterprise Center Box Office Refunds FAQ

The Enterprise Center Box Office is currently closed and a re-opening date has not been determined. Guests who purchased tickets at the box office for an event that has been canceled, or an event that has been postponed/rescheduled and qualifies for a refund, should hold on to their tickets until the box office re-opens to obtain their refund. For guests unable to wait for their refund, they may print and fill out this form and return it, along with their tickets, by mail to receive a refund.

How do I receive a refund by mail?

  1. Print and fill out this form
  2. Mail the completed form and the tickets to the event you are requesting the refund for to:

    St. Louis, MO 63103
  3. Tickets for the event you are requesting the refund for must be included with the form in order to receive the refund. Note: It is recommended you photograph your tickets for your own records prior to mailing them in.
  4. Refunds are subject to the refund policy printed on the back of each ticket.

What if my tickets were mobile-only and I don’t have the printed tickets?

  1. Print and fill out this form
  2. Mail the completed form, your receipt from the box office when you purchased the tickets, and a copy of your driver’s license or state-issued ID to:

How do I know if I have tickets to a show that is eligible for a refund?

The following Enterprise Center shows are currently eligible for a refund if tickets were purchased at the Enterprise Center Box Office:

How will I receive my refund?

For tickets originally purchased by cash or check, refunds will be issued by check to the name listed on the completed refund request form and mailed via USPS. For tickets originally purchased by credit card, a member of our box office staff will contact you once your form is received to begin the refund process to your credit card.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please allow up to 21 days after receipt of the completed form to receive your refund.

What if I mail my form and tickets to Enterprise Center and you never receive them?

Enterprise Center cannot be held responsible for tickets lost in the mail. Ticketholders are at their own risk for any lost tickets.

Is refund by mail my only option?

No. You can wait until the box office re-opens and process your refund at that time. All eligible refunds will be honored when the box office re-opens to the public. A re-opening date has not been determined at this time.
